Refund Policy

1. Summary

We want you to be happy with our work. Because digital marketing is a service business, refund eligibility depends on the type of engagement:

2. One-time projects (websites, designs, setup)

Before work starts: full refund of any amounts paid.
After work starts (0–50% complete): refund of the unused portion, minus a ₹5,000 cancellation fee to cover research, planning and setup.
More than 50% complete: no refund, but you keep all work delivered so far.
After delivery & approval: no refunds — you received the finished deliverable you approved.

3. Monthly services (SEO, ads management, social, retainers)

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the month begins, because work (optimization, management, reporting) is performed continuously.
You can cancel with 30 days' written notice; the final month is fully delivered, then the retainer ends.
If we fail to deliver a documented deliverable included in your plan, we'll credit the equivalent value toward the next month or refund the prorated portion for that deliverable.

4. Ad spend & third-party fees

Money paid to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is not refundable by us — it's spent directly on your campaigns. Unspent ad credits held in your account are refundable on request.

5. Digital products & software

One-time digital products (templates, software licenses, SaaS builds) are non-refundable once delivered and access has been granted, except where required by law.

6. Disputes & goodwill

If you're unhappy for any reason, contact us first. We'd rather fix the issue, adjust the scope or credit your account than lose you as a client. Most concerns are resolved this way within 7 days.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@digiably.in with your name, invoice number and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Legal

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
